NICC is NJIT's official Information & Cybersecurity Club.
As a student run organization, NICC aims to give students at NJIT and abroad practical experience in the information security and cybersecurity industries while building engagement and excitement through hands-on activities, community building, and networking events.
NICC started as a way to give NJIT students interested in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and CTFs a group that would help them learn, grow, and hone their skills. Since founding in 2022, NICC has grown to over 350 cybersecurity ethusiasts at NJIT. All members are brought together by similar goals: help each other grow and be the change they want to see in the world. We know that cybersecurity is a field that is always changing, and we're here to help you keep up with it.
If this is during the semester, you should see all of our official events below! Information is pulled from NJIT's Highlander Hub.
NICC GBM NICC meets every Wednesday from 230-4 in GITC 1400! Just in case something changes, make sure to be on our Discord where we'll post any updates should that change. Each meeting NICC dives into what's happening in cybersecurity, new attacks, techniques you can use in the field, and helps connect you with partners in the industry! From Wednesday, December 4, 2024 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM EST at GITC 1400.
