NICC is NJIT's official Information & Cybersecurity Club.
As a student run organization, NICC aims to give students at NJIT and abroad practical experience in the information security and cybersecurity industries while building engagement and excitement through hands-on activities, community building, and networking events.
NICC started as a way to give NJIT students interested in cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and CTFs a group that would help them learn, grow, and hone their skills. Since founding in 2022, NICC has grown to over 350 cybersecurity ethusiasts at NJIT. All members are brought together by similar goals: help each other grow and be the change they want to see in the world. We know that cybersecurity is a field that is always changing, and we're here to help you keep up with it.
If this is during the semester, you should see all of our official events below! Information is pulled from NJIT's Highlander Hub.
Outside of a semester NICC doesn't hold in-person events. However, we do stay active online through our Discord server. Many of our members compete in cybersecurity competitions throughout the breaks.
